Already?

Is Knox really already 8 months? Wow! I must say, he has sure learned a lot in the last month. As I was perusing around in my photo album from last month, I couldn't help but notice a common theme. Everyone keeps saying they grow up too fast, but I don't think I really realized what they meant.

For example, Knox already understands the value of the dollar and insists on paying for everything himself....

He also insisted on beginning piano lessons already and is so close to playing all the Hymns by memory....

He is totally over baby spoons and will only eat with the finest of cutlery....

And finally, any chance I had before of ever seeing the remote are over. Now I get to fight with two boys over the remote...

Wow! They weren't a kidding, they really do grow up way too fast! For my memory bank, here are a few of my favorite things right now:

• His favorite food is oatmeal and applesauce mixed
• He is officially sleeping through the night
• Still takes 3 naps, I can't break him of the last one
• Is saying "rarara" "bababa" and "mamama"
• Growls all day long, so much so that his throat gets hoarse
• Uses his pointer finger for everything
• Can hold his own bottle
• Is LOVING the Johnny Jump Up. He jumps every time I even set him on his feet.

What a fun age! We just can't get enough of this kid (especially now that he sleeps through the night)!!
