I can't remember the last time I got to do so many fun things for Easter! I'd like to say the kids joined in on it all but I'd be lying. What did two grown-up ladies do one afternoon...alone? Dye eggs of course!

Knox got to participate in not only one, but three Easter egg hunts! It was so cute to see him hunt eggs for the first time. He was a little skeptical about it all, until he learned there was this thing called chocolate inside. I really haven't given him chocolate that much and now I realize that was a smart move. This kid is obsessed!
I organized an Easter egg hunt with the mom's from church....

Assessing their loot....

We also got to have some fun visitors for Easter weekend but I'll be posting on that next! We set-up an Easter egg hunt around the house for the two boys and it was so cute....

Knox and his second cousin Britton....

It was so funny, when he realized the eggs were gone, he booked it to the neighbors yard and took a seat to dig in....

And when we came inside, it was awfully quiet for about fifteen minutes so I decided to go on a little hunt myself and found this....

See all the wrappers on the floor? If you blow it up, take a look at those hands. He'd found the stash! He can open them now all on his own and it's dangerous. We then went to one of our favorite families ever for one last hunt! Knox loves Michael and he is so cute with the boys. He organized the hunt and it did not disappoint! By this point, Knox was just walking around saying, "More eggs, more chocwat".

One happy egg hunter here...

so fun that you and your friend got to decorate the eggs. I tried to get in on that action, but with 2 older kids I didn't get to do much this year, he, he. Chocolate Knox is so funny! Glad you guys had fun.
Knox and grandma have the same chocolate loving gene!! I can't believe how big Westin is getting and that he can actually laugh out loud. It was fun to webcam with you on Mother's Day. I sure appreciate what a great mom you are to those boys!!
