KNOX DAVID TRANTER
Our sweet boy arrived on Sunday at 4:48pm weighing in at 8 lbs. 1 oz. and 21 1/2 inches long. We never would have guessed we would have such a big baby 2 weeks early! He is such a sweet little boy, we feel so blessed to have him. His name came from our love of Knoxville since Dave and I wouldn't have met without that city, however we think it's more appropriate because he came into this life with a handful of hard "knox". Sorry, so lame but I couldn't resist, we think we're so funny.
Our little man is having a few issues with his lungs and it looks like he will be spending some time in NICU. We did get a few moments with him Sunday night before the worst came and love how peaceful he looks in the picture. We hope for many more peaceful pictures to come. He's stable and hanging in there and we hope that he will make some great progress and come home to us soon! They forced me out today which was hard leaving my little man, but we hope that it won't be long until he joins us!

Congratulations guys! He looks adorable! He's such a big boy for being early huh? You are so great at being positive about him still being there and everything. Keep the blog updated for us. I hope you are recovering well and he comes home soon!
Congrats you guys. I'm so happy he is here. I hope he gets to come home soon because I can't imagine how hard that must be being away from him. I really like the name. We need to get together sometime to introduce our new little men. They need to be friends:)
Yay! Mitch and I have been looking forward to the great news. What a doll. I love his peach fuzz. His height and weight are exactly the same as Bennett's, must be a AAA thing ;).
We nearly had to leave our guy at the hospital too because of his jaundice; he was really sick his first week. Don't worry, it feels like forever now, but he'll be home and all better before you know it. I hope your recovery is going well.
Let us know when we can bring you dinner.

What a sweet little guy, he's so cute! I'm sorry he's had a rough time and that you had to leave without him, that's no fun at all! Hopefully he'll get to come home soon and you'll also have a fast recovery! Congrats again, he's adorable! Sweet name too! :)
