A Week of "Lasts"

This week has been a crazy one, I'm still trying to adjust. Monday was my last day of work which was much harder then I imagined. I have worked at the same job for 6 years and I'm quite certain that I left the best job in the world. Every day I hope I don't regret that decision. I'm sure going to miss the people at the Foundation.

I also enjoyed my last girls outing without a child to bring a long. My amazing sister in-laws and mother in-law planned a girls night of pampering. I'm 100% sure that I am the luckiest girl in the world to be in this family. I don't know anyone who can say they absolutely love all of their sister in-laws and mother in-law. I just love these girls! We started out with some pedi's....

And then hit up Training Table. Pretty sure I added my last 5 pounds that night!

Thanks ladies for such a great outing!

I made a countdown chain a month ago and have been cutting off a link each day until my sister Jenny got here! I finally cut my last link last night, it's been so fun to have her and little Kade here! We have been getting a lot of last minute things done to get ready for this baby. I think we're about there. Every time we do something we say, "this is the last time we'll be doing this before this little guy comes." I can't decide if that makes me more excited or more anxious.

Last but not least, this is my last post before we have this little peanut. It's amazing I could be so excited and so nervous all at the same time! I thought having this thing scheduled was so awesome, but the countdown to the exact day and time has made me a little nervous! So, Sunday at 5:00pm we will be meeting our new little man and my week of lasts will soon be a lifetime of firsts!

Oh Suzy good luck!! I hope everything goes well on Sunday. I'm so excited for you to meet your new little boy. It's the best experience. That is so great that you have such great in-laws and that you get a long well with them. I'd say that's pretty rare.

How wonderful to have such a great in law family. You will love being a mommy and there will be times when you hate it, don't feel bad when those times bite you in the butt, just remember it really is normal no matter what people say. You are going to be a great mommy. I am still amazed at how much I love my little guy. Good luck and I can't wait to see your little mutt.
