So remember my whole post about being discharged from a hospital every 2 weeks? I'm starting to think Knox might enjoy the hospital more then being home. Here we are again at Primary's with RSV. We're thinking that he picked that up from our last stay here, go figure. I think I may have to start a profession in nursing. I can read chest x-rays, do vitals, check IV's, fix nasal tubes, and know what every stat means and if it's within normal limits. You know you're abnormal when most nurses and doctors at the hospital and clinics know us on a first name basis and if they don't know us personally, they've heard about us. We hear, "Oh, you're the parents of that one baby" all too often. That is definitely not a way you want to known. We're getting good at hospital life, unfortunately.
As we've said before, we sure hope this is our last time. Each time we come back though his stays get shorter and shorter. We've hoping this time it will only be 3-5 days. So get to updating your blogs so I can have a break from reality during the day!
Also...on a random note, Britney Spears donated a bunch of tickets to give parent's of sick kids here. So I have 5 tickets to go to her concert on Tuesday. Oddly enough, that is once concert I would actually love to go to but how do you leave a sick baby to go to Britney Spears? So if anyone is dying to see her show, I'm charging $100 per ticket to cover medical costs. Not really, but that is a great idea right? Anyway, if you'd like them let me know!

Well you know Suz, if you or Dave need a break, we are right around the corner from PCMH. If you need a break and feel that BS would offer it you, can we help or maybe suggest a grandparent or parent watch Knox for you? I know what its like to have a sick baby and not want to go any where or do anything, but sometimes its refreshing to get a away for a moment to collect your thoughts and emotions... We pray for you all often.

Heck britney spears would leave her baby to go to a concert im sure so why not? Ha just kidding I could never leave my baby sick or not! I think I take my kids everywhere I go until they are at least a year! I feel so sad for you because there is nothing worse then seeing your baby sick. Hope 3everything goes good for him!!

I am so sorry to hear you are back. Primary's offers great care (as you know) so I am sure he will be fine! I think it is great to get away and have some fun. Personally, I think you deserve some fun after the last month of stress! If you need someone to go with I will go with you to Brit's concert. Unless you've already got some really good offers on Ebay!
So sorry to hear that you are back at the hospital. Hopefully this will be your last visit and your nurse duties will be a thing of the past! Oh my good crap this is not fair at all! I'm sorry Suz. I agree that you need a break from the hospital so go to Brit with some friends - it's not like Dave won't be there with Knox for those few hours it would take you to go. DO IT! I know you love Brittany's music to death (you sicko) hahaha. At least RSV is more common than the other 2 things he's had and they know exactly what to do for it. Please tell me if there's anything I can do :)

What a crappy way to spend Easter! I hope that he kicks RSV in the butt and that you are on your way home soon... FOR GOOD! Poor little guy, and poor mom and dad too!
As far a Britt goes, I share the same vote as most of your friends... you should go! And think, you would be only a phone call and five minutes away if Knox needed you!
On the flip side, if you don't go... SELL THOSE BABIES and make a small fortune to cover bills. I don't see anything wrong with that!
Unfortunately I don't think Britney is worth 2 bucks. But that doesn't mean someone else will. I say sell those babies and make some money!
On a more important note...we also hope Knox has only a short stay. You guys are always in our prayers. We can't wait to see him!!
