What would I do without....

My husband who still to this day is waking up with Knox since my body has taken a beating by mastitis, the RSV cold, and now the flu.

My sister Jenny who flew in for 2 weeks when I had Knox and saved me while he spent that time in the NICU. She had to be my personal maid and taxi driver since it was right after my c-section.

My amazing mother in-law who spent so many nights with Knox at the hospital when I was exhausted but too worried to leave him alone. For my peace of mind she sacrificed her sleep and stayed with him countless nights. She also is our outlet for now since we can't go anywhere, we go up and take walks with grammy on warm afternoons.

My sister Jill who timed her trip into town perfectly. She was the only reason I felt comfortable bringing Knox home on oxygen. She has done it many of times with Addy and by the time she left, had me believing it was no big deal. She also woke up with Knox every night she was here.

And all the other people who I don't have pictures of. My sister Julie who has put crafts together for me so that we have something to do in the afternoons while we're getting through this time boxed up at home. My sister Kristine who about tears up each time he gets sick. My grandma who stayed with me at the hospital the second time so I wasn't alone all day. My mom who came down and cleaned my entire house and pulled all my weeds. My ward members who have brought so many dinners. My sister in-laws who are constantly checking in. My amazing friends who have brought me care packages and have visited numerous times. The list seriously goes on and on. I can't imagine life without all of the amazing people I have been blessed to have as family and friends.

Good husbands are hard to find. Aren't we lucky?!

I'll bet he scrubs the tub and does laundry too. If not I'm sure his home teacher would be happy to teach him. ;)

That's awesome! Isn't it just a relief when someone comes to help for just a little bit...it gives you time to rest and relax and not feel so stir crazy!

Mastitis is fun isn't it? Ugh! I was lucky enough to get that with both of my kids so I'm just planning on getting it again when this next one arrives. I'm so sorry you've been sick but it is so nice to have such great family and friends to help take care of things!

Mastitis?! I'm sorry girl! It's so great to have such good family and friends. It's good to see him getting better. It will be fun to meet him one day, when he's better. I mean Bailey will need to meet her future husband! haha

Suzy, you must remember you deserve every single one of these people that surround you! I am so sorry to hear about your woes, but it looks like better days are one their way! I have had mastitis twice and there is nothing like it. My heart goes out to you, but you are such a trooper! Love you!
