Hmmm

Remember how I used to blog? I think some Scranton friends thought we'd died on our cross country journey. We've kind of been non-existent since moving home. Once we got settled in, it seems we had something every night and weekend. We were making up for the time we were gone! I haven't been good at taking pictures but here are some updates from the past few months...

We made it across the country, even Ole' Blue (our truck) with just one minor slip-up...

The belt shattered into like 16 different pieces! Thank goodness I married one serious handy-man or else we would have been in big trouble. He had a spare belt, and he and father put it back together in no time! One person who was really pleased with the breakdown? This guy....

He played with his trains the entire time. Tons of gravel and freight for his trains.

We made it! The trip wasn't as bad as I thought and we made some fun stops. I was terrible at taking pictures but we stopped in Chicago to see Devin and Jennie and had so much fun! They were the best hosts and it was so nice to FINALLY see them! Thanks to our wonderful parents and the loot of 5-hour energies! We are living with my sister in her mother in-law apartment until we can move back into our home in May. They are the best and Knox is LOVING having cousins just a staircase away...

Another awesome thing about being home is being with my sisters (a.k.a. my best friends). We've definitely been making up for lost time!

Another piece of exciting news...as you can see from above, I finally cut my hair the way I've wanted to for 3 years! I love it! It is so easy to do. Really. I wake up and run my fingers through it and we're good.

We made it home just in time for our little brother Matt-U's wedding. We didn't meet his wife until one day before the wedding! Fortunately, she is awesome and perfect for Matt and our family!

All the Tranter women. Except for the blushing bride who I didn't get a single picture of. She looked amazing and now we have another blonde so I'm not solo. All the Tranter's are married and how lucky am I to have all these wonderful sister in-laws?

Our little family....

We've also been to the family cabin I think 4 times since we've been home. We have missed it so much! No big deal, just a few moose cruising around....

We also made it home in time for our annual Lagoon trip! I haven't missed a year yet. I planned my trip home last year so it would "coincidentally" fall on the Lagoon trip. My sister took Wes so we could enjoy all the rides. So awesome.

We then headed to Pineview Reservoir for a fun camping trip! How redneck are we? We crammed all 4 of us into the truck, which has no cab, and bought ourselves a ghetto, but awesome, trailer! On our way to pick up our gem...

And these boys have Dave's blood running rampantly through them. They love a good camping trip...

And a little update on the boys. First, my sweet Wes. He has grown up so much since we've been home! He hit the "glory age" as I like to call it. 8-months. They sleep through the night, are on a consistent schedule, and are so fun! He is crawling (and by crawling I mean he does the worm everywhere). He refuses to be anywhere but on that belly!

We watch my sister's kids every Monday and Wes is obsessed with baby Korver. Seriously. Obsessed.

And eating like a champ now...

Now to my Knox...he is the sweetest boy ever and has really become a mama's boy. He loves to cuddle and follows me everywhere. He sometimes wishes he was still the baby....

But has learned to really love his brother. He has been helping me get back in shape and goes running with me in the mornings. He is the best little buddy...minus the fact he wants to be on my spin bike at all times.

He's talking so much and I just can't get enough of this stage!

Dave is loving his rotations and being back in his Utah element. We really miss our friends in Scranton, like a lot, but have really enjoyed being home. We're just trying to figure out how to recruit them all to move to Utah! Please guys?

Bailey just looked at these and said "I've been in that house!" haha

My all time favorite picture is Knox playing with his cars on the side of the road. Julie showed me that one on her phone. So funny!

Yay, an update!!!!! Your little guys have gotten so big, especially Wes. It's crazy how fast they change. Not a day goes by that Will doesn't say something about Knox, and he mentions you about every other day. :) Keep up the good ol' blog for my sake! I need an effective way to stalk you from across the country. Miss you like crazy!
